Travel Expenses: A surcharge may apply for remote areas (e.g., Lantau Island). And also for events ending after 11 PM / begins before 8 AM (taxi fare)

Midnight Rate (12 AM – 8 AM): +25% hourly surcharge for all packages

Booking & Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due once client receives the photos.

Rescheduling: One-time postponement allowed (critical weather / emergencies). New booking must be confirmed within 7 days (subject to availability) or deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations: Deposit is forfeited for all cancellations. 100% of the total fee is due if cancelled within 3 days of the event.

Photo usage license granted to clients:
✅ Electronic Media (e.g. website, EDM, social media etc.)
✅ Printed Media (e.g. newspaper, magazines, brochures etc.)
✅ Pop Media (e.g. flags, signage, labels etc.)
Photo usage license excludes the following media:
❌ Indoor Media (e.g. malls, railway stations etc.)
❌ Outdoor Media (e.g. bus stop ads, external wall ads, billboards etc.)
